"I stand vindicated, as police investigation reveals Sheezan Khan used to harass and insult Tunisha Sharma," claims Rayya Labib

MUMBAI: Quoting from the order of the Addl. Sessions Judge R D Deshpande of the Vasai Sessions court, while rejecting the bail application (BA 11/2023 in the court of the Addl Sessions Judge at Vasai in district Palghar of Maharashtra state), of Sheezan Khan – a digitally signed authentic copy of which was made available on Thursday – in the Tv actor Tunisha Sharma suicide case, her friend Rayya Labib today said she is vindicated as the police investigation has found out that Sheezan Khan used to harass and insult Tunisha for various reasons.

“Several sections of the media said my statements were fake. Now the order of the Hon’ble Sessions court also mentions the same thing. I had alleged that Sheezan Khan used to harass and even raise his hand on Tunisha in extreme bouts of anger. I had alleged that Sheezan Khan had anger management issues, but some people said I was lying. Now the same things are part of the police reply or ‘say’ to the court. How I got this information before the police mentioned this is my private business. I do not need to disclose my source of information. But the truth is finally out, that Sheezan did not treat Tunisha as an equal, but rather looked down upon her as ‘junior’ or a ‘kid’ and ill-treated her at times,” Rayya told this journalist.

Meanwhile, in a new set of allegations, actor Rayya Labib, a friend of the late Tv actor Tunisha Sharma who committed suicide in December last year, writing on her Instagram account (@i.rayya.l) alleged that Tunisha did not commit suicide, but instead was killed.

She wrote on Instagram: @_tunisha.sharma_ #tunishasharma ki aatma pareshaan hein. Her soul is not at peace. Her so-called #suicide is actually a #murder. #tunishasharma did not commit suicide she was murdered. Her aatma #ghost #spirit is still on this earth. The killer must be identified, Rayya wrote on Instagram.
